Our Commitment to the Planet
HANDSCHUHE is a member of the Brazilian PVC Institute, formalizing its commitment to a safe and clean production process. We guarantee that our products are free of heavy metals, such as Cadmium and Lead, commonly found in thermal stabilizers.
Furthermore, we operate with zero water consumption and 100% renewable energy, using only BCI-certified cotton and/or cotton from the ABR Program (Responsible Brazilian Cotton). We have solid waste management programs in place and apply reuse and recycling practices throughout all production stages.
Excellence, Traceability, and Certified Quality
Our raw materials are fully traceable. The company exclusively uses cotton yarns from producers with BCI (Better Cotton Initiative) certification and/or participants of the ABR Program (Responsible Brazilian Cotton) to manufacture the textile support for its gloves. We guarantee that our cotton yarn is never mixed with other fibers, such as polyester, which can cause allergic reactions in some users. The use of certified cotton ensures a soft, hypoallergenic inner lining, providing superior comfort during extended shifts. Additionally, our contaminant-free yarns offer high sweat absorption and effective thermal insulation, protecting workers against contact heat while keeping hands dry and comfortable.
