The fabric supports for our PVC gloves are produced in-house by Handschuhe, using only BCI-certified (Better Cotton Initiative) cotton and/or in compliance with ABR (Responsible Brazilian Cotton). By manufacturing our own fabric, we guarantee 100% pure cotton — zero polyester blends — ensuring a truly hypoallergenic experience and superior comfort for the end user.
Circular Economy
At Handschuhe, the production cycle is designed to minimize environmental impact. We apply the circular economy concept, where every material leftover is treated as a new raw material for our own operations or for partner industries. Excess PVC compound is reused in our production. Cotton scraps are transformed into packaging, and PVC-coated scraps are sent to ECOTAP, a company that transforms these residues into automotive mats. Additionally, plastic packaging and cardboard boxes are repurposed and reused.

Heavy-Metal-Free
HANDSCHUHE is a member of the Brazilian PVC Institute, formalizing its commitment to a safe and clean production process. We guarantee that our products are free of heavy metals, such as cadmium and lead, which are commonly found in Thermal stabilizers.
Eco-Friendly
PVC is non-toxic and 100% recyclable. Composed of 57% chlorine (sea salt) and 43% ethylene, it is inert in its final form, making it safe for drinking water and medical use. Its long-lasting durability, recyclability, and resistance make it environmentally friendly.
