PPE Description and Properties
Type A chemical protective glove, made of green PVC (polyvinyl chloride) with a rough, slip-resistant palm texture covering the palmar region, back of the hand, and fingertips. Provides protection against chemical hazards (acids, bases, peroxides, fuels, oils, greases, and paraffin).
Air and water impermeable, anatomically shaped, and weather-resistant.

Storage
Keep in a clean and organized place. The PVC compound resists moisture, rain, sun, and temperature variations well.
Reusable
Subject to the glove's integrity and condition recommendations, as provided in the Technical Manual. In the event of punctures, tears, or any physical degradation of the material, the glove must be disposed of immediately, as its protective capacity is compromised.
Shelf Life
Up to 5 years (60 months) from the date of manufacture under the storage conditions recommended in the Manual.
Cleaning
Hand wash with mild soap and water up to 40°C (104°F). Do not use industrial washing machines, spin-dry, dry clean, or use chlorine or bleaches. Line dry in the shade, hanging by the fingertips.
Storage
Keep in a clean and organized place. The PVC compound resists moisture, rain, sun, and temperature variations well.
Limitations of Use
- Limited-use product.
- Read the instructions before use.
- Not suitable for surgical and hospital procedures.
- Not suitable for use in high temperatures and electrical shocks.
- Not suitable for handling ketones, acetates, and aromatic solvents.
- Check for tears, punctures, or damage before donning. Replace the PPE immediately if any defects are found.
Innocuousness and Allergies: This PPE was manufactured with innocuous materials that, under normal conditions of use, do not release substances known to be toxic, carcinogenic, or mutagenic, ensuring the user's health and hygiene. There are no reports confirming allergic reactions due to PVC.
