By completing and submitting this form, the complainant acknowledges that opening a complaint and issuing a protocol number do not constitute recognition of a manufacturing defect or automatic authorization for exchange, replacement or credit.

HANDSCHUHE will review the information and evidence provided and may request additional information, photographs or videos. Do not send products to the factory without prior authorization from HANDSCHUHE. When shipment is required, the items must be identified with the corresponding protocol number.
