1. Terms and General Conditions

Statutory Period: You have up to 7 calendar days after receipt to request a product exchange or return due to right of withdrawal (arrependimento).

Product Condition: The item must not show any signs of use, wear, or washing, and must be returned in its original packaging.
2. How to Request

Required Information: In the email or form, provide the Company Name, Contact Person, Phone Number, Email, Glove Model, and Date of Purchase. Include in the email subject line: "Complaint".

Mandatory Technical Details: You must specify whether the problem was detected before or after using the gloves, what issue was identified, and the specific activity for which the glove was intended (specifying which acids, bases, solvents, or any other chemical elements were involved in the task).
3. Discrepancies or Damages upon Receipt

At the time of delivery: If the packaging is damaged or the product does not match the order, refuse delivery immediately and state the reason on the back of the invoice (nota fiscal).

After receipt: If you notice the issue after delivery, please contact us within 72 hours.
4. Claims for Defects in PPE (Warranty)

New Products: Manufacturing defects must be reported within 4 months (provided the product shows no signs of use).

Technical Analysis: Handschuhe reserves the right to collect the item for a laboratory report. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the shipping costs will be covered by us.
5. Refund Process

Evaluation: Refunds will only be processed after the product arrives and undergoes a technical analysis at our factory.

Refund Method: The credit will be issued strictly through the original payment method used for the purchase.
