• Selection Responsibility: Protection efficacy depends entirely on the correct selection of the model for the specific chemical agent or mechanical risk, in accordance with the provided chemical resistance charts.

• Technical Limitation: Our PVC gloves are designed for protection against contact heat and specific chemical risks. They must not be used for protection against open flames or in operational scenarios not validated by official technical test reports.

 

3. Raw Material Integrity

We guarantee that the textile support (liner) of our gloves is manufactured in-house using 100% pure cotton, with BCI and ABR certifications, without any blend of polyester or synthetic fibers, ensuring a truly hypoallergenic and high-absorption product.

 

4. Intellectual Property and Copyright

• Mandatory Identification: For any technical support or warranty request, it is indispensable to provide the Month and Year of Purchase. This specific data enables full traceability of the Production Lot, tracking everything from raw material origin to the technical parameters of the PVC curing process on the day of manufacturing.

• Exclusions: The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear from use, improper preservation, or damages caused by a usage that conflicts with the technical specifications of chemical and mechanical resistance provided by the company.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The parties elect the Courts of the Judicial District of São Paulo - SP to resolve any controversies or disputes.
