• Responsibility of Choice: The effectiveness of the protection depends on the correct selection of the model for the specific chemical agent or mechanical risk, according to the provided resistance charts.

• Technical Limitation: Our PVC gloves are designed for protection against contact heat and specific chemical risks. They must not be used for protection against open flames or in situations not validated by official technical reports.

 

3. Integrity of Raw Materials
We guarantee that the textile support of our gloves is manufactured internally using 100% pure cotton, with BCI and ABR certification, without any blend of polyester or synthetic fibers, ensuring a hypoallergenic and highly absorbent product.

• Mandatory Identification: For any request for technical support or warranty claims, providing the Month and Year of Purchase is indispensable. This data enables full traceability of the Production Lot, identifying everything from the origin of the raw material to the technical parameters of the PVC curing process on the day of manufacture.

• Exclusions: The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear from use, improper maintenance, or damage caused by use that does not comply with the technical chemical and mechanical resistance specifications provided by the company.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The parties elect the Courts of the Judicial District of São Paulo - SP to resolve any controversy.
